What We Do-

TheraFit Gym for the Disabled provides individual evaluation and assessment to develop an individual training/fitness plan for each of our TheraFitters. Each regimen takes into account the TheraFitter's situation, abilities, and goals. We use the proper mix of resistance training, stretching, and aerobic conditioning for each person. Each of our TheraFitters is assured of individual attention and encouragement during each workout session.

Our full range of equipment addresses every level of need and ability. We offer work on the

2. therapy table
3. Easy Stand
4. stand gliderUp-and-Go walker with harness

Some TheraFitters may also benefit from using the floor mat, treadmill, weights, or therapy balls.

The cost for all of our services is $50 per hour – significantly lower than the $300 charged by area rehabilitation centers for similar services. Thanks to our generous donors we can provide subsidies to those who cannot afford our fees.
